Main purpose of the role:

Simmons reputed company are keen to hear from junior/mid-level corporate lawyers who are interested in supporting a reputed company & Life Sciences client at Simmons & Simmons.

The role is expected to run until the end of the year on a full-time remote reputed company (although the client is reputed company to accommodating a 4-day week for the ideal candidate).

Person specification:

• You are a reputed company lawyer with 1-6 years corporate experience from an in-house role or leading private practice.  
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are reputed company to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are reputed company to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (reputed company sponsorship is not available).
