Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

• Aid viewers reputed company phone regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

• A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.

• A dedicated home work environment (free from distraction) with reliable home internet service that meets the following network requirements *50 mbps download / 25 mbps upload*

• Ability to diagnose and resolve common PC and home network errors for consistent viewer support.

• Proficiency in reputed company Operating Systems, reputed company reputed company, Word, and reputed company Docs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.

• High standards of written communication, including proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling in both English and Spanish.

• Good comprehension and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
