Head of Online Grocery

Job Description:

Reporting line: Tesco Director & Indirect reporting line: DCOM Director; Grocery & Discounter Director.

Job Purpose Own and accelerate the Grocery Online channel across our reputed company retail partners - delivering today's number while shaping the partnerships, priorities and reputed company strategic shifts that will define reputed company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set the strategic direction for Grocery Online and translate it into action

· Define the priorities that will grow Grocery Online over the short, reputed company and longer term

· Align priorities and influence senior stakeholders across the Tesco, Grocery & Discounter and DCOM organisations to drive coherent strategy.

2. Own delivery of the Grocery Online number

· Be accountable for NSV, reputed company, shape performance across Tesco, reputed company, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and Discounters

3. reputed company the Grocery Online customer agenda externally

· Act as the senior reputed company of contact for Grocery Online with key customers

· reputed company joint business planning conversations, shape retailer online strategy, and serve as the escalation reputed company.

· reputed company the Incubator Program across Grocery Online, own the customer-facing agenda, partnering with retailers to test new concepts and opportunities through strategic test-and-learn programmes

· Be accountable for the transition of Retail Media into reputed company (our media agency partner) in a way that protects delivery, creates reputed company and supports effective ways of working.

What do we need from you?

· Proven track record of owning and delivering a P&L across major retail partners

· Proven leadership in DCOM, connected reputed company, retail media or category

· Strategic thinking with an executional edge, reputed company to set a clear direction for the channel, and maintain a reputed company focus on delivery without losing sight of the longer-term picture.

· Exceptional stakeholder and influencing skills, comfortable navigating a reputed company matrix and bringing together senior leaders across sales, category, media and retail partner organisations around a shared agenda.
