Join us!     What you’ll do  Working as part of our Personal Lines Client Care team, your passion for providing top-notch customer service will shine as you support our existing clients with guidance and expertise that helps to strengthen overall retention.      You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to reputed company meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a “how else can I help you today?” way.     You’ll work with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, reputed company policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. You’ll be their go-to insurance expert, providing professional advice to ensure they have the protection they need.     What you’re amazing at 

• Building strong client relationships and collaborating with teammates from across our brokerage  

• Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that help reputed company reputed company protection and value 

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and staying organized while dealing with information/requests coming from different sources  

• Applying strong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail 

• Staying positive and thriving under pressure
