About the Role

As the Patient Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and smooth reputed company experience for prospective families. You will be making timely reputed company calls, conducting thorough intake screenings, and gathering reputed company necessary information to facilitate a seamless transition into the benefits verification and authorization process.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior Experience in ABA Therapy: Must have prior experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care.

  • Proactively re-engage families that have gone cold, focusing on achieving strong conversion rates.

4. Collaboration & Quality

  • Work closely with intake managers to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scripts, and Quality Assurance (QA) expectations.
