Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking reputed company Nurse Practitioner to service patients in the Gaston area. As a Provider, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care in patients' homes. You are an integral part of the care team, collaborating with multiple reputed company to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management. Your responsibilities include evaluating high-risk patients, coordinating care plans, and providing care management to improve patient reputed company.

Our Provider role performs visits in their designated service area. This is a full-time salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.

• 12-hour shift (working 7 days on 7 days off)
• 8-hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm)

What Are We Looking For?

Your Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care family. Areas of Responsibility

• Meet staff efficiency expectations while providing high-quality care to patients in various settings, including homes, facilities, telehealth, clinics, and specialties.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician with a valid license to practice in the state of employment required. License must be in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in providing patient care, preferably in a home health, clinic, facility, telehealth, or specialty care setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively reputed company an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to evaluate high-risk patients, reputed company care plans, and coordinate care activities to meet patient needs and improve reputed company.
