Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Strategic Business Manager to support the CEO in business intelligence, project management, and company expansion initiatives. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role that requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Chief of Staff Support - Act as a key advisor to the CEO, managing priorities, decision-making frameworks, and high-level company initiatives.

- Business Intelligence & Research - Conduct market research and analysis for new business opportunities, country expansions, and industry trends.

- Project Management - reputed company and drive key projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Strategic Initiatives - Assist in scaling SummitNexts global operations, including assessing market entry strategies for new countries.

- Operational Efficiency - Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes, track company performance, and execute high-reputed company projects.

- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and industry stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

- Strong Educational Background - MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution (preferred).

- Experience - 2-3 years in strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or project management.

- Analytical & Research Skills - Ability to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and reputed company strategic insights.

- Execution & Leadership - Strong ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders.

- Global reputed company - Experience working in multiple markets is an advantage.
