About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Nelson Bay Area. You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them reputed company goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and reputed company a reputed company impact in the community.

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
• Deliver targeted Physiotherapy for clients with reputed company health conditions or age-reputed company care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to reputed company client goals.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

About you

• Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
