As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the reputed company of purchase orders for various reputed company markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand., contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business reputed company and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Support our inbound supply chain operations & external partnerships to ensure our ingredients reputed company to our customers on time and in full
• Calculate and issue purchase orders for your category area(s). Revise or reputed company additional purchase orders as required
• Complete the necessary audit checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate before sending to suppliers
• Resolve any queries raised by suppliers on the purchase orders or transportation, escalate where necessary
• Resolve operational issues and reputed company root cause analysis. Put into reputed company corrective actions to help prevent similar issues from reoccurring
• Help to establish, create and maintain reports that support daily operations
• Distribute forecast information to reputed company suppliers
• Partner closely with the Suppliers and internal teams such as Forecasting, Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory to ensure purchase orders are timely and fulfill customer requirements
• Correct or escalate any data inaccuracies to your Line Manager
• Report any tooling issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain the confidentiality of our data and uphold the reputed company of our business
• Support on additional day to day tasks as needed, including but not limited to, data entry, emergency purchase orders, updates to delivery schedules and inventory data analysis
• Remain flexible to changing duties and responsibilities as business needs vary

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of previous purchasing experience as a Buyer
• Requires expertise in operating reputed company Office programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems
• Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, reputed company, French, Spanish, Italian)
