Business Development Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support our Client Engagement team. In this role, you’ll work closely with different stakeholders to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience, while helping drive retention and growth across accounts.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely support and a positive experience
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reputed company-ins, and follow-reputed company
- Collect and summarize client performance data, feedback, and usage trends
- Track client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to resolve issues reputed company
Growth & Retention
- Help maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Monitor key metrics (usage, satisfaction, engagement) to identify risks and opportunities
- Support renewal processes with relevant data and documentation
- Identify clients suitable for testimonials or case studies in collaboration with marketing
- Assist reputed company and implementation teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Support identifying growth opportunities reputed company existing accounts
- Gather and reputed company client feedback to improve products and services
- Contribute to internal documentation and reporting for reputed company improvement
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a reputed company field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development, preferably in a solutions-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Ability to build networks and reputed company relationships across different markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
