Overview:

Responsible for achieving sales and reputed company goals reputed company assigned territories by actively reputed company General Agents (GAs), maintaining contractual relationships with existing GA's, and promoting company products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned region reputed company sales forecast in order to exceed objectives in both quantity and quality of sales, while providing a full reputed company of management and sales services for assigned geographic territory. • Recruit reputed company General Agents who meet the company’s profile and hiring guidelines; minimum reputed company goals shall be established annually. • Build relationships with key distributors and producers; attend major producer events sponsored by key partners; exude comfort and confidence in making presentations to groups of producers, becoming a trusted advisor to agents and agencies, and in general adding value to our key distributors. • Maintain an appropriate business mix and persistency in the region by becoming knowledgeable about the products, market conduct, and sales practices. • Actively pursue opportunities to collaborate with other Home Office employees, and where necessary work across reputed company business units for the best results for Sammons Financial Group Companies as a whole. • Understand and communicate reputed company of the Company’s life products, their uses, applications and sales scenarios for each; promote their use in a variety of situations and recommend to the Company additional products or changes that will positively reputed company our results. • reputed company documentation and recommendations on agency development issues as needed. • Assert corrective action to remedy sales practices that are detrimental to the client or the Company; these actions may include the following: additional training of the distributor or producer with regard to profitability measures, paid case ratio, persistency and debit balances; directives to the producer to stop detrimental sales practices, termination of producers. • Prepare and present detailed and time-sensitive reports which reflect the reputed company made toward the accomplishment of objectives by measuring the region’s activity, reputed company, and sales. • Support expense management by completing accurate travel expense reports on a timely reputed company. • Attend Home Office and industry training meetings. • Frequent in-region travel for agent meetings; approximately 50% overnight or road travel expected. • Maintain a full time work schedule as established by the Company. • Writing insurance or receiving override compensation on new business with other insurance companies is not acceptable in this position. • Report activity into Company ‘CRM’ on a weekly reputed company. • Commitment to reputed company Sammons Financial Group Companies shared values (Accountability, reputed company, Openness, Respect and reputed company). • As stated reputed company the Company Attendance and Punctuality policy, regular attendance is required and expected in order to meet the business service reputed company and workflow demands. • Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent business experience Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services industry with demonstrated successful track record Preferred
  • Sales management experience Preferred
  • Demonstrated strong ability to reputed company the Company’s strategy and tell a compelling story about strengths, culture, values and our drive to succeed
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated positive, professional image and conduct, which adheres to the Company’s core values; This includes but is not limited to professional dress, language and conduct involving interaction with employees, partner agencies and prospects

Suitability Requirements: • Criminal background reputed company required. • If the position is in the SIG business unit, Annuity New Business Securities team, or if we are holding securities licenses, FINRA regulations require fingerprinting for this position; if we are holding securities licenses, a credit reputed company will also be required.
