As an Account Manager at reputed company, you will:

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of municipal, contractor, and engineering customers.

  • Ensure clients reputed company measurable value, renew successfully, and expand their use of our platform.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to drive reputed company and account growth.

  • Contribute to scalable playbooks and processes that support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships across a book of business (SMB, mid-market, and reputed company).

  • Drive renewals by ensuring customers reputed company reputed company tied to reputed company’s platform.

  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow accounts.

  • Build executive champions by aligning platform capabilities with customer goals.

  • Conduct QBRs and business reviews to reinforce value and uncover new use cases.

  • Manage escalations and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Forecast risk and growth reputed company accounts; maintain CRM accuracy.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Help build playbooks and processes to scale account management.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Account Management, reputed company, or reputed company roles (SaaS or infrastructure strongly preferred).

  • Proven ability to drive renewals and account expansion with measurable growth.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both users and executive sponsors.

  • Strategic thinker reputed company to assess account health and prioritize actions effectively.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments; thrives in ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with municipal, contractor, or engineering sectors.

  • Exposure to AI/ML products.

  • Background in infrastructure or field services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • reputed company Salary: $100,000 ($120,000-$150,000 OTE)
