Senior Marketing Strategist (Acquisition)
As a Senior Marketing Strategist on our B2C Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Acquisition marketing strategy that effectively engage and activate specific reputed company segments in our consumer business.
Your primary focus will be on deepening engagement, and driving adoption through innovative, data-driven campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing, financial services and wealth management marketing, you will act as a strategic marketing partner across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Strategy, Execution & Optimization

- Design campaigns to strengthen, deepen engagement, and drive adoption of personal investment solutions.
- Apply test-and-learn methodologies to refine approaches and maximize lifetime value. Prioritizing creative testing and audience segmentation strategies.
- Partner with product, content, marketing strategist and web experience teams to create integrated cross-channel promotional strategies.
- Ensure messaging consistency across email, direct mail, reputed company experiences to drive engagement and incremental sales.
- Data & Insights Application

- Cultivate a deep understanding of modeling, analytics, and consumer insights to inform acquisition and promotional strategies.
- Track, analyze, and communicate campaign results, using findings to improve future performance.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
- 4+ years of experience in financial services/retirement, preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies (email, direct mail, digital).
- Experience influencing business reputed company, facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teams, motivating and collaborating with key stakeholders, and implementing change management.
- Experience building strategic marketing programs that deliver on business goals.
- An understanding of the competition and market opportunities and customer experience

- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
