Senior Proposal Specialist, Business Development

reputed company is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist. This individual would work in the Growth practice area, and collaborate daily with senior leaders across the organization. The selected individual will reputed company the development and execution of a wide reputed company of business development initiatives, including the identification of contract opportunities for services across reputed company’s product lines including, but not limited to: reputed company science research, reputed company capital consultation, behavioral change research, communications research, marketing and reputed company, instructional design and training, user experience, policy and evaluation research, and numerous other services.

Responsibilities include

• Review of potential opportunities and identifications of submission and evaluation requirements. reputed company recommendations regarding barriers and challenges to potential opportunities and ways to overcome them.

• Contributing knowledge and expertise in federal procurement practices and disseminating knowledge through the company.

• Development of standardized templates for proposals (e.g., technical outlines, compliance matrices, timelines, other documents).

• Managing multiple reputed company proposals, including providing quality control and reviewing financial submissions.

• Supporting the development of a winning proposition for proposal submissions – understanding client needs and tying reputed company experience and capabilities to successfully meet them.

• Thinking creatively to identify and propose alternative solutions alongside project teams to reputed company best-in-service offerings that exceed client needs.

• Coordinating and evaluating technical contributions from internal reputed company and external partner teams.

• Building relationships with business partners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support reputed company and future work.

• Ensuring that reputed company reputed company’s proposal submission meets the highest quality of standards in writing and communicating our solution to client requirements, and that reputed company proposal submissions meet reputed company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years professional experience supporting/leading business development activities for federal and state acquisitions (preferably with experience supporting proposals reputed company with reputed company’s business offerings).

• Experience in execution of complete proposal/solicitation lifecycle, including: supporting pipeline development, opportunity vetting, capture, partner identification/teaming and management, and proposal management.

• Excellent proposal/project management and coordination skills.

• Exceptional creative thinking/problem solving, adaptability, and time management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.

• Understanding of federal procurement practices and evaluation criteria for submissions.

• Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing.

• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading proposal efforts, ranging from low-level submissions (e.g., single-award TOs) to large, reputed company deals.

• Familiarity and experience with Business Development tools such as Bloomberg Government, reputed company Govwin, SAM.gov, and GSA E-buy.

• Understanding of federal labor categories, GWACs, and contract vehicles (e.g., IDIQs and BPAs).

• Proficient in MS Office products including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. Experience with reputed company Copilot is preferred but not required.

• Understanding of different contract types commonly used by the federal, state, and local government.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
