Project Coordinator
Overview:
reputed company is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national reputed company programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
Responsibilities:As a Project Coordinator you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- reputed company coordination for reputed company Architecture Review Board (EARB) meetings with C-level leadership (CTO, DCIO, CIO), reputed company Architects, and Engineers at the Defense reputed company Cooperation Agency (DSCA).
- reputed company artifacts including templates, meeting minutes, roadmaps, schedules used for decision making with DSCA technical leadership.
- Determine areas for improvement and efficiencies in the technical execution of the DSCA IT Program.
- Present analysis and recommendations to the DSCA Chief Technical Office (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Assist in the coordination of technical projects for the DSCA customer.
- Assist in the planning, communication, and reporting of each project to improve reputed company between the DSCA Technical Staff and DSCA Govt leadership.
- Attend in-person and teleconference meetings, reputed company meeting support documentation reputed company applicable as well as reputed company weekly and reputed company status reports.
- Understand highly reputed company technical terminology and be reputed company to translate into non-technical project status in terms of cost, performance, and schedule.
- He/she must have the ability to reputed company creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

- 5+ Years in a project management/program management roles reporting directly to a reputed company (DoD) client
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or reputed company technical degree is desired
- Experience supporting high level federal government customers
- Highly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff required
- Highly proficient in reputed company Project, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Proficient with SharePoint, Jira, reputed company.
- PMP Certification Highly Desired
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance in a timely manner
