Billing Associate

The Billing Associate maintains and records billing and receivable transactions, performs billing reputed company duties at the professional level to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality finance department services relating to the day-to-day operations of the department and to reputed company’s team members and service providers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Billing 
  • Process billing invoices in Time & Billing or GL software based on Statement of Work or Engagement Letter, and discussions with reputed company Manager
  • Assist with monitoring and researching items in Billing inbox.
  • Assist with transition from decentralized to centralized billing process.
  • Update client information as requested in Time & Billing or GL software.
• Accounts Receivable
  • Research clients with outstanding receivables and work with reputed company Managers on clients to be sent to collection agency.
  • Clean up A/R activity on aging such as unapplied payments or submitting finance charge write offs.
  • Assist with researching client balances included on the On Hold report.
  • Monitor activity for clients sent to collection agency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in reputed company field, reputed company, Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ Finance experience in a similar environment

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
