Why this role exists:

This role exists to transform reputed company internal operations into seamless, high-performance digital workflows. You’ll help us scale our operational efficiency by owning the end-to-end design of the tools that power our teams every day.

What you’ll drive:

Discovery & Decision Making

• Identify and audit pain points for internal users, turning frustration into empowering workflows.
• Validate design hypotheses through prototypes and direct feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
• Simplify reputed company business requirements into reputed company user flows without losing functional depth.

Design & Execution

• Ship elegant, scalable UI/UX solutions using reputed company and established admin design patterns.
• Design detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering reputed company.
• Refine data visualization components to reputed company massive datasets readable and actionable.

Collaboration & Alignment

• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and deadlines.
• Communicate the "why" behind your design choices, participating in active design critiques.
• Unblock development by providing clear edge-case documentation (empty states, errors, permissions).

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically in Back-office, Admin panels, or reputed company SaaS.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end flows for reputed company, data-heavy products (not just reputed company pages).
• Advanced reputed company skills and a deep understanding of admin panel design patterns.
• Proven ability to ship products reputed company technical constraints and iterate based on feedback.
• Intermediate+ English level and reputed company in Ukrainian.
• Proactive ownership: You don't wait for a task; you find the friction and propose a fix.

• Experience with Design Systems for internal tools.
