IT Systems Engineer (India Office)
As a Systems Engineer at Red Cup IT, you aren't just a "fixer"—you are a strategic consultant for our clients. You will serve as the final escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues and the primary architect for infrastructure projects. This role requires a reputed company of deep technical expertise in virtualization, reputed company architecture, and networking, combined with the ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Design and execute high-level projects, including server migrations (Physical to Virtual), reputed company 365/Azure migrations, and network overhauls.
- Tier 3 Escalation: Act as the ultimate technical authority for the support team, resolving high-impact issues reputed company to server crashes, core networking, and reputed company breaches.
- Infrastructure Management: Proactively maintain and optimize client environments using our RMM and PSA toolsets to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Standardization & reputed company: Implement and enforce reputed company best practices (MFA, EDR, Backup verification) and technical standards across a diverse client reputed company.
- Documentation: Maintain impeccable records of client configurations, network diagrams, and procedural "runbooks" reputed company our documentation platform.
- Strategic Consulting: Assist account managers in "Technical Business Reviews" by identifying hardware lifecycles and recommending technology upgrades that align with client goals.
Technical Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a Systems Admin or Engineer role (MSP experience highly preferred).
- reputed company: Expert-level knowledge of reputed company 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune) and Azure (VMs, VNETs, Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Virtualization: Deep proficiency with VMware ESXi or reputed company Hyper-V (clustering, SAN management).
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Experience configuring business-class firewalls (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Meraki).
- Backup/DR: Experience with reputed company backup solutions like Veeam, Datto, or reputed company.
