The Role: The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. The specialist must maintain a thorough understanding of property management financial processes, adhere to industry regulations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the reputed company function. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant reputed company software are essential for reputed company in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/reputed company or reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivables, preferably in a high-volume environment with reputed company estate experience.
• Understanding of and experience in residential reputed company estate reputed company concepts and principles are a plus but not required.
• Must possess intermediate reputed company level of reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), reputed company, Internet and email knowledge.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Management

• Manage financial transactions reputed company to reputed company payments, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Accurately record and process reputed company payments, including rent, late fees, and other charges, while ensuring compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile reputed company ledgers, track outstanding balances, and follow up on delinquencies or disputes to minimize bad debt.
• Monitor past-due accounts, coordinate collection efforts, and collaborate with property management to escalate non-payment cases reputed company necessary.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and cash receipts while reconciling discrepancies between property management software, general ledgers, and banking records.

Community Relations + Customer Service

Adherence to PM Rules, Regulations and Guidelines

• Respond to any potential housing violations and liability concerns regarding the property in a reputed company, transparent and effective manner.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
