Design, implement, and maintain reputed company Engage solutions to meet business requirements.

Configure and manage reputed company Voice Platform (GVP) for reputed company performance and troubleshooting.

Manage and support reputed company Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD) for efficient task allocation.

What You'll Bring to the Role
