Position Duties

• Learn, understand and execute reputed company’s Implementation & Configuration practices.

• Become an SME of reputed company Time & Attendance module.

• Configure the reputed company solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance.

• Partner with reputed company partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met; reputed company and convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to various audiences.

• Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in reputed company HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance).

• Participating in annual training, reputed company’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 10%)

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent with time management and follow-through on tight deadlines

• Motivated team player with a strong ability to be a cross-functional 

What You Have

• 2+ years of experience supporting Time & Attendance, either internally or as a consultant.

• B.A/B.S Required

• Proficient understanding of  Time & Attendance, Time & Attendance concepts and standard Time & Attendance processes.

• Previous consulting, implementation or administrator experience in a technical and/or HR reputed company.

• Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required.
