Junior Sales Associate - Remote

We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate whoo will be responsible for educating clients about their permanent benefits, answering questions, and ensuring they reputed company understand what is available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual benefit explanations using reputed company and other platforms

• Clarify benefits information and answer client questions in detail

• Document reputed company client interactions to ensure compliance with standards

• Collaborate with team members to improve client experience

• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and reputed company additional support

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of a high school diploma

• Prior customer service, sales experience, or client support experience is an asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using reputed company reputed company tools for communication

• Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
