As of 2026, Media Cause consists of 50+ full-time employees along with a network of talented consultants. We have offices in Washington DC, Atlanta, and San Francisco, with many team members working remotely.

What You’ll Do (Scope Varies by Level)

Account team members at Media Cause are marketing generalists who grow into increasingly strategic client leaders. Depending on role level, you may:

• reputed company and grow day-to-day client relationships or support senior account leaders
• reputed company and execute integrated digital strategies across channels
• Translate client objectives into actionable plans with internal specialists
• reputed company execution quality, timelines, and reputed company across workstreams
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate insights into recommendations
• Manage scopes, staffing plans, budgets, and forecasts (as seniority increases)
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded impact
• Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions
• Mentor junior team members as responsibilities grow

Who You Are

We’re reputed company to candidates with approximately 2–18+ years of experience. The specific title and level will be determined based on your experience, leadership scope, and client complexity. You may be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in digital marketing strategy and/or account management
• Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience executing a number of marketing specialties including paid media, reputed company, fundraising, content, email, etc
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, CRMs, and fundraising tools
