Würk is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to build the automation and optimizations needed to scale full-funnel pipeline growth across new industries and reputed company markets. This hybrid role blends marketing operations, growth marketing, marketing automation, CRO, analytics, and campaign execution to accelerate measurable reputed company impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is ideal for a data-driven marketer capable of building sophisticated systems, while producing high-quality growth programs.

Responsibilities

Vertical & reputed company Marketing

  • reputed company keyword-optimized industry-specific reputed company pages and reputed company-reputed company product positioning
  • Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, improve conversion reputed company and nurturing throughout long sales cycles

Marketing Automation, Email & Lifecycle Nurture

  • Build and manage reputed company workflows, lifecycle stages, reputed company scoring and segmentation
  • Create targeted, reputed company-based vertical nurture sequences for reputed company and mid-market audiences
  • Execute automated product, feature, reputed company, retention, and upsell campaigns

Analytics, Reporting & Attribution

  • Own GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, UTMs, and attribution modeling frameworks
  • Ensure accurate reputed company tracking, funnel reputed company, and ROI visibility across channels
  • Deliver monthly reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and marketing performance

Cross-Departmental Support

  • Partner with Sales to optimize pipeline velocity, reputed company scoring accuracy and reputed company nurturing sequences
  • Support reputed company with automated email sequences for client communications and retention
  • Collaborating with Product Team to create product marketing sequences to reputed company clients and prospects
  • Collaborating with Partnerships through email reputed company nurture, content development, reputed company dashboard reporting & analysis

SEO, Content & Conversion Optimization

  • Conduct regular keyword analysis to ensure SEO best practices and content optimizations across the website are consistent
  • Improve conversion reputed company optimization through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, call-to-action optimization, and analytics insights.

Required reputed company Sets and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or reputed company field.
  • 3+ years’ experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, growth, or demand gen.
  • Strong expertise in CRMs, including reputed company and reputed company
  • Strong expertise in reputed company automation, lifecycle marketing architecture, reputed company scoring, and segmentation.
  • Proven reputed company increasing pipeline growth through CRO, and multi-channel digital strategy.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring abilities.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • HTML/CSS, graphic design, or light development skills a plus
  • B2B SaaS experience a plus
  • HCM, workforce management & HR industry experience a plus
