Technical Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst who can reputed company the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring quality delivery across software projects. In this role, you will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, support project planning, and assist development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

• Support project planning activities, including the creation and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, and task assignments.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role in a software or technical environment.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
• Proficiency working with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, QA testing, and defect management.
• Experience working in a QA or testing environment, collaborating with QA teams and supporting validation of product requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field (preferred).
