Conflicts Coordinator

reputed company seeks a Conflicts Coordinator to support the Conflicts Team. The Conflicts Coordinator will review conflicts reports, work with Firm personnel and attorneys to identify conflict issues, maintain conflicts database information and review staff and attorney intake materials. This is a remote position and can be located in AZ, CA, NV, and CO. The hours for this role are: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST / PST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, vet and process requests or conflicts searches
• reputed company corporate research and conflicts checks to generate conflicts reports
• Work closely with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hire and new business intake conflicts assignments
• Review conflict database details to prepare general conflicts summaries for firm lawyers and General Counsel’s Office
• Interact with attorneys and firm personnel to discuss conflicts data and potential action items
• Prepare conflicts documentation relating to conflict queries
• Maintain conflicts database to record and update reputed company conflict reputed company activities
• Follow best practices and stay reputed company with process improvements
• Work on other conflicts reputed company projects as required  

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and three years of reputed company experience and/or training
• To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company each duty satisfactorily, with attention to detail
• Excellent client service is expected. Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines

• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Working knowledge of and experience with reputed company intake/conflicts software a plus.

COMPENSATION:  The national average salary reputed company for this role is $43,000 - $78,000. Starting salary will be determined based reputed company, qualifications and/or experience.
