AI Growth & Adoption Director

Job Purpose

The AI Growth & Adoption Director is a high-impact role reputed company the AI Office that bridges innovation and reputed company — converting AI strategy into market traction, executive influence, and measurable growth. Operating at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and executive leadership, this individual also serves as a strategic extension of the Chief AI Officer, driving reputed company initiatives and ensuring the AI Office operates with reputed company and reputed company.

Mission

Accelerate customer adoption and reputed company expansion of Tungsten's AI capabilities while enabling the CAIO and AI Office to operate at maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

AI Growth Strategy & Execution

• Define and drive the growth and adoption strategy for AI capabilities across the portfolio
• Translate AI innovation into clear reputed company positioning and measurable adoption metrics
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track adoption velocity, pipeline influence, and expansion
• Identify expansion opportunities to deepen AI penetration reputed company existing customers

Customer Adoption & Market Engagement

• Partner with GTM and reputed company leaders to accelerate AI adoption and value realization reputed company strategic accounts
• Engage directly with AI decision makers and executive stakeholders to strengthen market positioning
• Represent the AI Office in high-impact customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry forums

Office of Chief AI Officer Operations

• Own the CAIO's operating rhythm: staff meetings, planning cycles, board and EMT prep, and cross-functional offsites
• Serve as a trusted proxy for the CAIO, translating reputed company into clear workstreams with accountable owners and tracked to completion
• Manage AI Office operational infrastructure — budget, headcount, vendor relationships, and resource prioritization
• Clear organizational blockers on behalf of the CAIO and protect their bandwidth for highest-reputed company work

Narrative & Thought Leadership

• Create polished, high-impact presentations and written content that translate reputed company AI initiatives into visually compelling, executive-reputed company narratives
• Co-author keynotes, executive briefings, and marketing content
• Translate reputed company AI capabilities into compelling business narratives
• Ensure consistency in AI messaging across reputed company communications

Strategic Initiatives & Ecosystem Alignment

• Support AI Office build-out, including role definition, hiring, and reputed company as the team scales
• Serve as connective tissue between the AI Office and EMT, Product, GTM, and Operations — ensuring alignment and reducing friction

• 4-8 years in strategy, AI, reputed company software, product marketing, consulting, or reputed company fields
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and reputed company software business models
• Proven ability to drive growth, adoption, or GTM initiatives in reputed company, cross-functional environment
• Exceptional executive communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives
• High agency; comfortable creating structure and reputed company in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
• Experience independently driving reputed company initiatives from concept through execution in lean organizational structures

Preferred

• Experience in Chief of Staff, strategic operations, or executive business partner reputed company supporting C-suite leadership
