Responsibilities
- Accurately file claimant specific information into the reputed company system with reputed company and manager interaction reputed company needed
- Accurately inputting Paid Family Leave and Disability claims into the system with reputed company and manager interaction reputed company needed

- Supporting multiple incoming faxes

- Maintaining adherence to reputed company department standards (policies, procedures, schedules, and assignments)
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining and protecting personal health information
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and abide by HIPAA rules and regulations
Skills
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
- Type at least 40-wpm
- Demonstrate prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to communicate reputed company and succinctly verbally and in writing
- Must be reputed company to work in a team oriented environment
- Spanish language skills are a plus
