The role involves strengthening relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, prospecting for new clients, and providing customized insurance solutions to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen existing relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders by providing exceptional client experiences to incoming referrals (leads)
- Prospect and establish new Realtor and Mortgage Lender Relationships reputed company calls, visits, networking to earn trust and additional referrals
- Understand individual insurance needs, analyze options with over 30 “A” rated insurance companies, and reputed company a custom solution
- Quote 30 new home & auto insurance packages a month, using existing systems, processes, and scripts to reputed company at over 50%
- Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities
