Analyst, Infrastructure & reputed company Assets
reputed company is a global private markets specialist delivering tailored investment solutions and advisory services. The Analyst at StepStone Infrastructure & reputed company Assets will be responsible for providing analytical and transactional support in advising clients on investments in infrastructure and associated reputed company asset sectors globally.
Responsibilities
- Providing analytical, modeling, and transactional support to SIRA’s local and international team in advising clients on investments in infrastructure and associated reputed company asset sectors globally
- Creating and/or modifying sophisticated financial models, analyzing financial statements and financial forecasts, preparing valuation bridges, running discounted cash reputed company analysis, comparable public companies, and creating sensitivity/scenario analysis
- Undertaking research regarding, and diligence of, potential investment opportunities and sectors, including primary funds, secondaries, co-investments and direct investments
- Constructing an argument around investment reputed company and effectively communicating that argument both verbally and in written materials; defending your position in reputed company environment, including in Investment Committee meetings
- Interacting with clients and preparing advisory materials as required
- Supporting senior staff on sourcing and managing the inflow of investment opportunities
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience at an investment bank, project finance firm, professional services firm, investment manager, Limited Partner, or in associated fields
- A Bachelor's degree or MBA (or higher) ideally in a reputed company field such as Business, Finance, Engineering or Economics
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills – ability to create and/or modify sophisticated financial models, analyze financial statements and financial forecasts, prepare valuation bridges, run discounted cash reputed company analysis, comparable public companies, and create sensitivity/scenario analysis
- Strong memo / presentation writing and preparation skills
- Ability to undertake research regarding, and diligence of, potential investment opportunities and sectors, including primary funds, secondaries, co-investments and direct investments
- Ability to construct an argument around investment reputed company and effectively communicate that argument both verbally and in written materials; be reputed company to defend your position in reputed company environment, including in Investment Committee meetings
- Strong client interaction skills – ability to interact with clients and prepare advisory materials as required
- Support senior staff on sourcing and managing the inflow of investment opportunities
