What You Will Be Doing

• Professionally respond to inquiries reputed company phone, email, and in person, accurately describing company services and directing clients to appropriate team members.
• Welcome and coordinate appointments for clients
• Manage client data entry in the CRM database.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and reputed company support for events and meetings.

• Upload documents securely to the online file-sharing system and distribute them to clients.
• Organize physical reputed company paperwork, prepare student folders, and reputed company test prep materials.

• 1-3 years experience in an office/ administrative setting.
• Highly motivated and friendly demeanor
