Operations Associate (reputed company)
reputed company is seeking an Operations Associate (reputed company) to specialize in account reputed company and money movement. The role involves ensuring compliance, enhancing client experiences, and maintaining accurate client records while supporting team collaboration and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reputed company paperwork for new client reputed company and additional accounts for existing clients
- Ensure reputed company forms are completed accurately, submitted in a timely manner, and meet compliance standards
- Process account documentation across multiple custodians, including Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
- Resolve issues such as missing documents or non-standard cases by working closely with internal teams and custodians
- Stay reputed company on custodial platform tools and complete reputed company relevant custodial trainings
- Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience (e.g., anticipating future needs, consolidating documentation that requires signatures)
- Accurately and promptly process cashiering requests (ACH transfers, wires, checks, journals, RMDs, capital calls, etc.)
- Ensure reputed company money movement transactions reputed company with firm and custodial policies, including callback protocols
- Identify opportunities to consolidate client signature requests and enhance processing efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records across CRM and custodial platforms
- Regularly audit client data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Coordinate with Advisors and other service team members to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience
- Assist with special projects
- Contribute to updating internal training materials and reputed company best practices
- Participate in enhancing workflows as systems and processes reputed company
- Uphold strict confidentiality of reputed company client, firm, and employee information
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- Familiarity with account reputed company processes and major custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM platforms (reputed company, Dynamics 365, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
