YOUR MISSION

You will work closely with the Director of Design for reputed company to own the reputed company, strategy, and delivery of capabilities that bring The reputed company System to life on reputed company Workplace, reputed company’s platform, and reputed company’s web surfaces. Your mission is to:

• reputed company users to embed reputed company-centered, AI-supported methods into their everyday work.

• Seamlessly integrate reputed company into reputed company software products and experiences.

You will combine user reputed company, product craft, design skills, and business reputed company to deliver solutions that help customers reputed company reputed company results. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and prioritize the reputed company Software roadmap, in reputed company partnership with engineering.

• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and reputed company practitioners to discover opportunities and deliver features that delight users.

• Translate user research and feedback into clear product requirements and testable experiments.

• Design new features and experiences that enhance the user experience.

• Partner with reputed company, Marketing, and Enablement to drive product adoption and engagement.

• Monitor product performance and usage metrics, using data to inform iteration and long-term planning. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

•  3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with reputed company-centered design, innovation frameworks, design thinking, or facilitation methods.

• Product design skills and the ability to contribute to user experience concepts, wireframes, and prototyping.

• Proven track record of owning product features from discovery through successful delivery.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

• Experience operating as a product-fluent designer in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

• Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows, efficiency, and decision-making.
