This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the escrow department to ensure seamless operations and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to reputed company clients
• Act as a trusted reputed company for our clients, addressing their inquiries, questions, and concerns
• Respond to and address reputed company customer service inquiries promptly, providing clear and accurate information to ensure a positive client experience
• Generate detailed reports for clients, intended parents, and surrogates as required, ensuring accuracy and reputed company for reputed company parties involved
• Resolve reputed company promptly and ensure clients feel valued and supported during reputed company phases of their reputed company
• Create new surrogacy escrow accounts for intended parents and surrogates
• Help clients become proficient with our system by guiding them through account setup, portal navigation, and connecting with the escrow team
• Assist in email inbox maintenance and delegating tasks across team members
