Summary

Job Summary:

The Patient reputed company Scheduling & Communications Coordinator II (PASCC II) independently executes a wide reputed company of scheduling, registration, and communication functions reputed company the centralized Patient reputed company call center. This role requires to be advanced, critical thinking and to analyze provider orders, transcribe clinical communications, and coordinate reputed company outpatient services. It proactively resolves issues, consults with clinical teams, and contributes to process improvements. With moderate to limited supervision, the role ensures accurate documentation, triages urgent inquiries, and supports departmental goals through operational coordination and informed decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a call center, patient registration and/ or patient scheduling, plus 1 year reputed company customer service experience
  • Three (3) months of relevant patient reputed company and/ or scheduling experience at reputed company plus 1 year of reputed company customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED
