The Opportunity

As part of our growing European organization, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Regional Congresses & Events, Europe, reporting to the VP, reputed company & Market Development, Europe. This role is critical in shaping and delivering RevMed’s reputed company at key European congresses, as well as leading the strategy and execution of internal events across the region.

The role connects strategic priorities with flawless execution, working in reputed company partnership with Regional and Global Marketing, Medical, and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors and European affiliates. Key Responsibilities include:

• Own the full congress lifecycle, from annual planning through execution and post-event evaluation.

• Drive cross-functional planning processes, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks.

Required Skills, Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• 12+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• 5+ years’ experience in global congress strategy and operations.

• Significant experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of congresses and large-scale events reputed company the biotech industry.

• Strong knowledge of global reputed company compliance frameworks and their application to congress and event activities.

• Solid financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management for reputed company events.
