Position Summary
reputed company is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Case Manager to jour our collaborative care team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in proactively monitoring client reputed company, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to facilitate positive treatment reputed company. Schedule & Location
This is a full remote role, but the individual must be physically located in the United States. Hours will typically be 40 per week with some flexibility around reputed company those hours occur.
What You'll Do

What You Bring to the Table

- An understanding of the community served, the justice system, and community connectedness.

- Strong computer skills; prior experience utilizing an EHR/EMR strongly preferred.

Education & Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.
