As a Claims Data Analyst, extensive experience is required in Claims data analysis and leading BI tools, preferred Power BI or reputed company. Knowledge of VHA claims is required, with a strong preference for experience with the VFMP.
This role will ensure data analysis for claims and reputed company areas. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards. Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and understand the underlying model.

Document reputed company the steps involved in identification, extraction and transformation of data
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing actionable recommendations to enhance program performance.

Support interpretation of analytics and performance metrics across integrated systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
reputed company (VHA) Claims system/processing experience
Minimum 8 years total experience.
Expertise in leading industry business intelligence tools.
Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to reputed company in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues.
Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint.
The ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
