Benefits Consultant - EDI
reputed company is a leading provider of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions, dedicated to supporting American businesses. The Benefits Consultant - EDI will be responsible for reputed company clients by utilizing best practices in implementation, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing consultative support to maximize client satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition of new clients from their existing reputed company capital management software to the reputed company product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate
- Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building
- Ensure clients' requirements and business objectives are defined reputed company that they are well understood by the entire project team
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to reputed company implementation milestones and goals
- Work in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configuration
- Test client data and reputed company system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity reputed company the software
- Investigate, analyze and recommend solutions for clients ' issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issues
- Maintain accurate project status in reputed company project management software; reputed company reputed company time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct face-face telephone/web-based system review sessions with new users
- Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; reputed company technical expertise to support the Sales team reputed company needed

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in a client-facing position
- Prior implementation experience
- Project management experience
- Business to business sales experience
- Knowledge of reputed company capital software
