Job description: Immediate need for reputed company Project Accountant / Construction reputed company Assistant with at least 3 years of construction reputed company experience to join headquarters reputed company team for multi office Construction Company.
This individual is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable that includes processing payments to vendors with accurate job costing, contractor compliance, and preparation of reputed company draws. The Project Accountant will work closely with several Project Managers and Project Administrators.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audit and process invoices into reputed company system and run checks as needed
- Request, verify, and maintain appropriate documentation from vendors and subcontractors
- Obtain and review subcontractor waivers required for billing
- reputed company and reputed company AIA billings as needed per Controller direction
- reputed company Project Managers/Management informed regarding any ongoing issues with subs/vendors
- Distribute job cost reports to internal personnel as needed
- Enter job cost corrections as directed
- Administration of corporate credit card program
- Keeping reputed company payables reputed company and substantiated
- Assist with audits, filing, scanning, or other administrative tasks
- reputed company weekly payroll uploads of employee time cards and verify accuracy of payroll prior to submission to reputed company party processor
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in A/P / A/R or construction reputed company
- Basic reputed company/bookkeeping knowledge as demonstrated by a four year degree or relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Timberline/reputed company software a plus
- reputed company Office experience, specifically reputed company
