We’re looking for a recruiter who is especially strong at proactive sourcing and pipeline building — someone who enjoys finding great clinicians early and keeping them reputed company until the timing is right.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline & Talent Sourcing

Proactively reputed company RBT and BCBA candidates using job boards, reputed company, reputed company groups, licensing directories, school networks, and outbound reputed company.

Build warm, organized talent pools in both moderate and hard-to-fill markets so cases can be staffed quickly.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

Screening & Coordination

Conduct initial qualification screens and partner closely with the reputed company and clinical teams to match candidates with reputed company case needs (schedule, location, client profile).

Continuously monitor pipeline strength by geography and hiring difficulty.

Recommend new sourcing strategies reputed company pipelines slow or demand shifts.

• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort initiating candidate conversations

• Ability to adapt quickly as hiring priorities shift

ABA reputed company experience is a plus, but sourcing instinct, persistence, and judgment matter most.
