[Remote] Collections Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Caliber Financial Services is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join their dynamic team. The role involves collecting debt on previously issued loans through outbound and inbound calls, while maintaining professional treatment of customers and adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue accounts as assigned by supervisor
- Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
- Locate and notify customers by telephone on delinquent and charged-off accounts
- Adhere to a structured waterfall of settlement options while negotiating reputed company that approval matrix
- reputed company with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms the original loan
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment

Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of solid Collections experience required

- Ability to maintain accuracy in compiling information and reporting
