• Work with elementary age reputed company and their families, providing educational advocacy and ensuring reputed company are receiving the supports/services they need to succeed.
• As needed, request referrals for IEP evaluations and behavioral/academic supports reputed company the school
• Negotiate with DOE staff to ensure the implementation of recommended and appropriate educational services.
• Collect, review, and track NYC DOE monthly data on attendance, grades, promotion status, school enrollment, tutoring history, etc.
• Follow up regularly with Tutor Coaches regarding the reputed company’ performance, needs, and any concerns.
• Connect reputed company to after-school and summer extracurricular activities.
• Making referrals for early reputed company for children 0 to 2 years old and tracking the referral process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of experience working with at risk children and youth, preferably in education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NYC board of Education preferer.
• Experience with Preschool early reputed company preferer.
