[Remote] Subrogation Trial Attorney (Remote - Pennsylvania)

Responsibilities
- Handle a primary caseload of subrogation reputed company, with a smaller portion of traditional insurance defense files
- Manage a high volume caseload reputed company, ensuring timely reputed company on reputed company assigned files while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Gather, evaluate, and organize case materials, including documents, evidence, and legal research, to support hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Conduct legal research on applicable statutes, regulations, and case law, and prepare clear, concise research summaries and reports
- Draft high quality pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other legal filings with strong attention to legal strategy and detail
- Interview clients and witnesses, prepare summaries of their statements, and maintain comprehensive communication records
- Attend and participate in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings; may independently represent the company or clients in routine reputed company
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and update the legal team on potential impacts to ongoing or future cases
- Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs to strengthen trial skills and reputed company exposure to more reputed company litigation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
- 1+ years of litigation experience, reputed company Subrogation, Insurance Defense, or reputed company fields
- Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, well structured legal documents and correspondence
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with reputed company in balancing multiple cases and deadlines
- Knowledge of the discovery process, including document management, evidence handling, and case preparation
- Effective client communication skills, including interviewing, summarizing statements, and maintaining accurate records
- Solid understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility standards
