Overview
The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of reputed company and Subcontracted Agency (SUB) nursing visits, approving submitted nursing documents, creating nursing delivery tickets, tracking Plans of Treatments, and managing SUB authorizations and invoices.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and tracks regularly scheduled reputed company nursing visits for field and reputed company
- Secures Home Health agency for patient visits reputed company reputed company nurse is unable to reputed company nursing
- Communicates patient demos and most recent infusion orders to field nurses
- Alert field nurses reputed company there is a change or an update to an infusion order
- Communicates assignment of new patients and primary nursing from Nurse Manager to field staff
- Confirm authorizations and reauthorizations for nursing visits are secured as needed
- Provides infusion treatment plans to treating providers and maintains communication log
- Tracks reputed company agency visits by month
- Contacts reputed company agencies for nursing notes, statements and invoices as needed
- Maintains files of credentials and insurance documents for reputed company agencies
- Collaborates with Intake, Sales and Pharmacy staff to schedule visits and orders
- Review and approve nursing notes in reputed company or applicable documentation software
- Review and approve subcontract billing
- Triage calls from patients, providers and internal partners regarding scheduled nursing visits
- Assign patient risk codes for reputed company new patients
- Assist reputed company with weekend on call duty
- Supervisory Responsibility: No
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Basic knowledge and experience in home care preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
To reputed company this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally crouching, stooping, and bending. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs
