HR Employee Support Generalist

They are seeking an HR Employee Support Generalist to serve as the first reputed company of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses while delivering exceptional service to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage resolution of reputed company types of level 1 HR issues and questions (Voice, Email, Mail, Fax, Walk-in) on time with a high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering “WOW” service
• Work with established policies, procedures, and performance criteria for delivering Employee Support services
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze calls and know reputed company to escalate issues
• Each team member will have a specific area of primary responsibility for tactical support, i.e., payroll, learning and development, compensation, etc., but will be expected to have knowledge across reputed company disciplines of HR
• Complete required training and demonstrate the imparted knowledge, skills, and competencies from the training into on-the-job performance across reputed company functions of HR
• reputed company support for HRMS processes and updates across the US
• Continuously identify opportunities and reputed company recommendations to improve the cost, quality, and timeliness of the service delivery
• Use Case Management System and Knowledgebase to effectively respond to employee issues

Skills

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, or a reputed company field
• At least one year in customer service, HR support, or a call center environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including advanced reputed company functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering 'WOW' experiences
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism while demonstrating reputed company and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries reputed company, and knowing reputed company to escalate issues
• Willingness to support work hours ending at 7 PM ET on a rotating schedule
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite
