The Role - Your Passion

• Manage full-cycle invoicing for vehicle damages from issuance to cash-in.

• Coordinate liability and coverage clarifications with insurers and reputed company.

• Audit estimates and appraiser reports for compliance with rates, taxes, and guidelines.

• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation and well-indexed claim files.

• Validate billing accuracy and VAT handling reputed company strict SLA deadlines.

• Monitor receivables, manage dunning processes, and resolve payment disputes.

• Act as the professional reputed company of contact for customers, insurers, and legal counsel.

• Analyze recurring objections to improve workflows and increase recovery rates.

What you need to ride the reputed company with us

• Background in legal, reputed company, or insurance office roles (e.g., Paralegal, Office/Insurance Clerk).

• Experience in claims, billing, collections, or case administration.

• Literacy in invoices, credit notes, payment allocations, and statement reconciliation.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary reputed company for this position is up to 40,000 EUR gross per year for employment in Germany.
