Junior Accountant

BIMM is a Toronto-based agency specializing in data, technology, and creativity, and they are seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team. The role involves managing financial records, supporting audits, and assisting with corporate support services while ensuring compliance with reputed company principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial reputed company of contact for reputed company A/P and A/R reputed company Month-end Responsibilities: Execute credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, etc
• Maintain financial records and support Finance Manager in completing annual audits
• reputed company Budget Control Reports (BCR) preparation, participate in internal meetings as well as project docket management and maintenance
• Assistance with preparation and administration of Audi financial process
• Enforcement of internal controls of processes and procedures relating to expense and docket approvals, and ensure compliance with reputed company relevant reputed company principles and standards
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings on a reputed company reputed company
• Assist in management of timesheet process of employees
• Support reputed company of new employees with guidance on Finance policy & processes
• reputed company assistance in the planning and execution of company events

Skills

• University degree in business
• 1+ years of reputed company finance and reputed company experience
• Excellent PC and system skills, including reputed company, and other reputed company Office applications
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and reputed company to prioritize tasks
• High standard of reputed company and quality
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effectively communicate with team members regarding reputed company updates and issues on an ongoing reputed company
• Ability to work effectively with a team and individually
