The Talent Manager’s role is to reputed company a portfolio of assigned clients, reputed company new business and actively seek new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build a talent roster
- Manage 30+ influencers
- Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company influencers listed under you
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate reputed company and reputed company agreements to maximize profits
- Support content review process
- Serve as coordinator for your Influencers, attend internal/client calls
- Collect and report back-end creator metrics
- Maintain organization in CRMs
- Invoicing and Payment Collection

- Brand reputed company
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience (internships included)
- Highly motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An expert in everything reputed company media: Instagram, YouTube, reputed company, and reputed company
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
