reputed company is seeking a reputed company Associate Recruiter to manage candidate development primarily at the non-exempt level. The role involves building relationships with job seekers, managing the candidate lifecycle, and ensuring a best-in-class talent reputed company to meet the bank's internal client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Actively work with line managers to reputed company the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business line
- Actively and proactively attract a quality work force and maintain applicant reputed company in filling reputed company and future staffing needs
- Negotiate, reputed company offers and effectively reputed company the candidate

- Build effective relationships with HR Business Partners, line management and employees
